Smooth and clean surface in the place of the cut

Elements after laser, plasma or waterjet cutting often have sharp edges and there are often burn marks. Dulling the sharp edges as well as removing oxides from the surface improves the aesthetics and ensures safety when working with the material. On the right there are examples of some elements after vibro-abrasive finishing in AVALON machines.

Correctly chosen machine guarantees high effectiveness of the finishing as well as obtaining desired condition of the surface- from removing chips to smoothing the surface.

Round vibratory machines are a group of universal machines that meet the requirements of vibro-abrasive finishing processes from deburring to polishing. Contact forces are much less aggressive than in disc finishing machines, what allows for effective smoothing of elements possessing different sizes and weights.

For processing longer elements we recommend trough vibratory machines WR series that are ideal for deburring workpieces with significant chips left after earlier processes.

For mass finishing of gentle and light elements the best solution are disc finishing machines, that have been designed for quick and effective work. Processing time is several times shorter than for the same activities with the use of round vibratory machines and more than ten times shorter then with the use of rotary tumblers.
